I attach a statement showing how this sun is made up, it is, of course, higher than that previously quoted, for the reason that the rate of $8.63 per sack has until now been applied only to the 4,400 sacks, so that the previous claim represented an undercharge for the total weight of 355,500 lbs, which has always been known to be involved.
